Packaging

Built around the product.
Designed around the brand.

A capabilities catalogue, not a shop. Every format below is made to order: dimensions, board, print and finish are decided per project. Tell us what you are packaging and we will point you at the right construction.

Family 01

Rigid packaging

Wrapped greyboard construction. The heaviest, most protective and most tactile option — used where the packaging is part of the product experience.

Magnetic closure box

A satisfying close and a flat lid surface for foil or emboss. Beauty sets, electronics, gifting.

Drawer box

A sliding tray inside a sleeve. Reveals the product gradually — jewellery, watches, fragrance.

Two-piece & lift-off lid

Base and lid, no hinge. The classic premium presentation box; strong at larger sizes.

Book-style box

Opens on a spine like a hardcover. Good for sets, sample kits and press packs.

Family 02

Folding cartons

Printed board, die-cut and glued, shipped flat. The most efficient way to put a considered structure around a lightweight product.

Cosmetic & skincare cartons

Tuck-end or crash-lock, sized tightly to bottles, jars and tubes. Often paired with a card insert to stop movement.

Wellness & supplement cartons

Where regulatory copy has to sit alongside brand typography without the panel looking crowded.

Premium food cartons

Coffee, tea, confectionery and gifting. Barrier and food-contact requirements are specified per project.

Retail cartons

Built to hold their shape on a shelf and read clearly from two metres away.

Family 03

Mailers

The box that has to survive a courier network and still open well on a kitchen table. Interior print does most of the work here.

E-commerce mailer

Corrugated, self-locking, sized to the product rather than the pallet. Printed inside, outside, or both.

Subscription packaging

Repeatable, stackable, quick to pack by hand. Designed for a monthly rhythm and a fixed postal band.

Launch & press boxes

Short runs where the unboxing is the point. Usually rigid or a rigid-mailer hybrid with a moulded or card insert.

Family 04

Bags

Paper weight, handle type and the reinforcement at the top edge decide whether a bag feels premium. Print is the easy part.

Retail & boutique bags

Twisted paper, flat cotton tape or ribbon handles. Laminated or uncoated, with a folded and reinforced top.

Gift bags

Deeper gussets, heavier board, often matched to a tissue paper and a card.

Matched sets

Bag, box, tissue and sticker specified together so the colour holds across four different materials.

Family 05

Inserts & components

The part nobody photographs and everybody feels. An insert holds the product still, sets the reveal and protects the print on the way.

Card inserts

Folded or die-cut card. Light, cheap, recyclable, and enough for most cartons.

Paperboard trays

Rigid trays for multi-piece sets, wrapped in the same paper as the box.

Moulded fibre

Formed pulp for close-fitting protection without plastic. Availability depends on the project.

Sleeves & dividers

Band a plain box with a printed sleeve, or split an interior into compartments.

Family 06

Finishing

Finishing is where a good box becomes a memorable one. It is also the easiest place to overspend, so we are specific about where it earns its cost.
